Cashew and Celery Soup for Thyroid/Adrenal Support:

In sauce pan, bring 2 cups of Vegetable or Chicken Broth to simmer. Add 1 packet of Celery Broth Mix and stir. Add 1/2 cup cashews and 1/2 cup chopped celery. Simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Turmeric Broth Soup for Inflammatory Response Support:

In sauce pan, bring 2 cups of water or bone broth to simmer. Add 1/2 packet of Turmeric Broth Mix (about 2.5 teaspoons) and stir. Add 1/2 cup of chopped snap peas or favorite vegetable. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 cup gluten-free penne pasta and top with watercress. Enjoy!

Bone Health Italian Soup with Cannellini Beans:

In sauce pan, bring 2 cups of vegetable or bone broth to simmer. Add 1/2 packet of Bone Health Broth Mix (about 2 teaspoons) and stir. Add 1/2 cup chopped carrots, 1/2 cup chopped celery, and 1 cup of Cannellini beans. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of gluten-free rotini pasta and top with cheese. Enjoy!

In sauce pan, bring 2 cups of water to simmer. Add 1 packet of Mushroom Broth Mix and stir. Add 1 small bok choy chopped. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of ramen noodles. Enjoy!
